Listings and availability
Properties and services are submitted by users or the KohinoorStay team. Publication approval is moderation, not a guarantee of title, condition, ownership, price or legal compliance. Verify facts and documents independently.
Bookings and payments
Enquiries and booking requests are not confirmed reservations until accepted. Fees, cancellations and any refunds must be agreed and disclosed before payment. Online payment processing is not enabled unless explicitly configured.
Acceptable use
Users must provide accurate details and must not upload fraudulent, illegal, misleading or unauthorized content.
Disputes and support
Report problems through the support channel. We may moderate or remove content that breaches these terms.
Operational policy draft. Obtain legal review and publish required statutory/business disclosures before commercial launch.
